(January 5, 2021, 8:30 pm)My son and daughter have been taking lessons in-person and virtually at the Academy of Music for about 5 years and I'm extremely happy with their progress. The teachers are passionate, knowledgeable and eager to teach the love of music. Definitely would recommend!

After teaching myself bass guitar for a couple of years as best I could, I finally invested in some lessons at the Academy of Music. My knowledge of theory accelerated with Mike helping me to apply scales and modes to songs I learned, come up with my own ways of playing them, and introducing me to the work of great bass players like Tony Levin. Since my lessons at the Academy I better understand what I’m playing.

The teachers are amazing, so dedicated to his growth and success. They make you feel like a family, always supportive and encouraging. The teachers are understanding, flexible and are so helpful during these crazy times. I would recommend Academy of Music to everyone that loves music and is passionate about the arts.

(August 21, 2020, 4:44 pm)Academy of Music has been a great experience for our son. Teachers are knowledgeable, patient and focus on the student's development. We've noticed big improvement in our son's drum skills over the past year. Another thing we appreciate about Academy of Music is their flexibility to accommodating to our family schedule as it can get very busy. Staff are helpful and teacher's always provided feedback of our son's progress. My son always feels encouraged!

(August 19, 2020, 8:19 pm)The Academy of Music is great! I've been going there for many years now and all of my teachers have been very kind, patient, and knowledgeable. The teachers take time to not only ensure you know how to play each piece really well, but to also explain different components of music along the way. I recently had a piano exam and felt very prepared going into it. I look forward to each lesson, so I'd definitely recommend the Academy!
