  Coffee was good, dark roast. Actually perfect temp and they had every donut needed for my dozen. Pretty good Timmy's experience.

  Great customer service. I went in to order a cappuccino (which only sells in a Medium size) a medium coffee with milk and a Boston creme donut. I started eating the donut and no creme...I continue thinking ok maybe there’s only a little bit soj realize no there is none. So I went in out of courtesy to let them know there’s no creme in their Boston creme. The staff member apologizes, goes to check on the other Boston cremes and apologizes saying that the baker forgot a few to fill with creme and hands me over another one: not something I expected but was happy about.

  Tim Hortons should be held to higher standards period. You know you have return customers, why not give the best experience possible? I've heard many that love it/are addicted Haha I joke, but also many that are unhappy and claim to have had burnt coffee before. Price points are decent but I think Horton employees need to try the things they are making to understand how they can be bettered. Lifehack; if the drive thru line is too big, you could go inside or find the other location, two minutes away!
