Ordering online was easy enough. I asked Telescopes Canada (TC) to cover up any info on the shipping boxes that identify what’s inside. I live in an apt and I don’t want issues with people who would know I’m using this ‘scope from a high-rise balcony. TC did exactly as I asked…, thank you TC!
I thought the shipping charge was quite reasonable and was pleasantly surprised to find out that it included shipping insurance. TC created a shipping label just one hour after I placed my order and had it picked up for delivery to me only one more hour after that!
I was also surprised that delivery would be the very next day (distance 70km). Sure enough, it arrived just 25 hours after I placed the order!
I’m very pleased with TC, I recommend them! -

I was unlucky with the astro lottery and they fixed everything for me, going way above and beyond to ensure any telescope I purchase from them is free from pinched optics or other collimation issues. When I purchase from Telescope Canada I feel safe knowing any issue will be resolved. They are the absolute best.
