(July 31, 2018, 8:02 pm)Had a positive experience every time I visited. Staff is extremely warm and attentive. There is always someone to attend to you and make sure you are taken of. Staff sound like they genuinely want to help and connect with you.
Opened a new account at this branch. Sherri, the financial advisor helped at every step, answering calls and scheduling meetings to guide me through the entire process, which was quite daunting for a newcomer like myself. Even when I showed up a week later unannounced, she recalled me by name.
Personally quite pleased and impressed with the customer service. -
