She makes me feel so comfortable and has brought me from blonde, to red, to purple, back to red, with many different lengths plus now an undercut. She's always honest and helps me make the best decisions for what will suit me. The atmosphere of the salon is low key and relaxed. 10/10 will always reccomend.
