(September 4, 2018, 1:03 pm)Wow I cannot believe Miss Lagerfeld though It was OK to walk into a store with pet store merchandise and not be questioned about it upon leaving. If I did that I would certainly point out to the staff I was bringing it in. Stressing out the small animals by letting her dog sniff the cages was also absolutely ridiculous on her part. I have nothing but praise for Ruffin’s and highly recommend them. Staff has always been very kind, knowledgeable and courteous. Thanks!

She cares for your pets like they are her own! Our girls love to see Brenda every couple months! Best pet store in town!
