When a vehicle that I had hoped to purchase proved difficult to emission test, rather than let the deal fall through and send me home unhappy the staff worked to put me into a newer, better vehicle at almost the exact same cost by selling it to me at their dealer cost.
Additionally when the new vehicle had a few niggling issues after the sale they were quick to have me bring it back in and repair all of the issues. Highly recommend.
