My intention was to purchase a rental property and having Noel's carpentry experience meant that he was able to help me see the potential of various houses. When we went to look at the houses, Noel was able to tell me what renovations we could do, and what the rough cost would be. This is where Noel stands out from other realtors. He has decades of real world experience renovating homes and knows what works and what doesn’t. Overall, working with Noel was amazing. When you meet him you’ll realize how down to earth he is and you’ll see his dedication he has to his clients.
