My Delivery Concierge (My-Del)

I first visited My-Del when I missed a Fed Ex delivery, and Fed Ex told me to pick it up at My-Del, which is much more convenient than the distant Fed Ex office. The owner is very friendly and helpful. Since that first visit, I have been directing all of my online shopping deliveries to My-Del. I get a personal email when my package arrives, I can easily pull into My-Del’s parking lot and be on my way quickly.

What a great concept for local residents! I used My-Del’s concierge services recently because I was scheduled for a minor surgery and wasn’t sure if my package of special dietary needs would come the day of the surgery or on the days shortly thereafter, when I wouldn’t be able to get up to answer the door. What a stress reliever, also, to know that it could be delivered to a secure location and to not have to worry about porch pirates. I could even arrange to have someone else pick it up. With the oncoming winter I will definitely make use of this service to avoid having my packages sit outside in the cold and risk damage due to freezing. For any future shipping needs I intend to make use of My-Del's competitive shipping services and rates.

Del and her Delivery Concierge service are top shelf!! I dropped off 5 big boxes that I needed shipped from Georgetown to BC . She emailed me my quote to ship, I approved it, gave her my credit card number and as promised 5 days later my boxes arrived . Del also took the time to follow up with an email to make sure I received them all . That's service after the sale which counts!!
