  Food excellent, service not so much. Only person at counter, had to wait 4 minutes to be served. All this an people working counter.

  Like any establishment that has to rely on teenagers to fulfill their staffing compliment, challenges will abound. For the customers, sure, but also for the adult staff desperately trying to cover for their totally disinterested colleagues. (Ex. Georgetown McDonald's) Despite the tunnel vision of a few younger staff members, others have become eagle eyed and anticipatory, looking for opportunities to jump in and ensure that food and customer orders continue to flow. Bravo to the few sub 25yr olds that are shirking their stereotypical malaise and bucking the trend. 4 stars for a well executed Harvey's meal despite some attempts to the contrary.

  Great fast service! Never had a bad meal here so far, and good customer service that caters to all the various and unique orders. This is a combo location being attached to a Swiss Chalet, just a FYI.
