Georgetown X-Ray & Ultrasound

Went here for my second time, first was an x-ray a few years ago and I just just from and ultrasound and x-ray for my hand.

The front staff are professional and friendly. They know what they are doing and how to do it. Do yourself a favour and give them your health card and requisition, nobody needs stories.

The ultrasound was done right on time and the tech was very quick and pleasant. The x-ray was also fast and efficient.

People fail to realize that since we have OHIP and almost everything is free, this people tend to get lots of procedures done. That means it takes a long time to get appointments. Xrays are walk-in because it only takes about a minute or two.

Ultrasounds are tricker, depending one what you are having done they can take anywhere from a minute to an hour, plus it requires extra training, I understand why my appointment was so far away.

I have absolutely no problem with this place. Would be happy to have to book back here again anytime.

I feel like a majority of the negative reviews are from people who are too self important, be nice, there are always lines.

I just went here last week for an ultrasound and was very nervous based on the negative reviews posted online. I signed in with the office staff promptly. They were not chatty but that is exactly what I like. My appointment was at 12pm and I went in about two minutes after which was a pleasant surprise when you have a full bladder LOL! My technician was very straightforward with her instructions and she explained every step. It was overall a wonderful experience and I will definitely return if I ever need another ultrasound!
