(August 12, 2020, 9:51 pm)This company is top notch! Brian (who owns Equal Flow) is about as honest of a guy as you are going to find absolutely anywhere. I have used them for many years for annual maintenance and the install of a gas fireplace. During this hot summer my AC unit decided to quit and Brian was there the very next day to give me my options. I decided to replace both the AC and furnace as they were 22 years old. I received a fantastic price and great service to go along with it. Brian took the time to explain both new units to me after they were installed and their clean up was meticulous. Their workmanship is second to none and they stand behind their work. I would recommend Equal Flow to anyone who is looking for HVAC repair, replacement or maintenance. Kim who is their office manager was more than helpful in answering all my questions regarding timing of the install along with their product lines and is very professional! Thank you Equal Flow for a job well done!!

(July 17, 2020, 6:44 pm)AC is working again. My neighbour told me about Equal Flow after my AC conked out on the longest heatwave I can remember. Chris came by that same day, told me what I need, he ordered the parts and he came back the very next day the parts came in. We are up and running cool once again without breaking the bank I might add. Thanks to Kim and Chris both for excellent customer service. There is a reason for the 5 stars.

Brian and his team were honest and straightforward, incredibly knowledgeable, efficient, tidy and friendly. Great price and no unnecessary upselling! I would highly recommend Equal Flow!

(February 22, 2014, 3:13 pm)These guys are amazing, returned my call within 15 minutes, at my house in another 15. Installed our furnace 10 years ago, 2 service calls in that time. Professional, polite, and really go out of their way.
Our house is at 13 at the moment, and Brian is driving to Rexdale to get us a part. Wish the entire service industry was this committed!
