I have been installing these for years. They have a good warranty and truth be told all manufactures have fails. the difference is the warranty and Bradford White is quick to replace and make it right within the warranty. these people who complain should just contact the installer and have it repaired under warranty . Things happen . These tanks are good.
I have a Bradford White unit and it has been working flawlessly for the past 6 years. Customer services was easy to get a hold of, very knowledgeable and helpful in finding a representative. They offered to do remote diagnosis to save costs for me.
