I bought a Polaris P825 Robotic Track Cleaner. I received a defective control unit (see pictures attached) due to bad quality control. The sticker is not well adhered and the unit looks worn. It is a matter of time before water and dirt enter the unit. I contacted their customer service 3 months ago. They told me they would send me a spar part. After multiple reply, I still don't have the part. I do not recommend buying with them. Bad quality control and bad service.
*Edit 1 month after the original review (changed my rating from 1 to 4 stars: I finally received a new control unit... 4 months after the first contact.
I had a defective heater unit that could not be effectively repaired. Gary and his team at Fluidra were amazing. They replaced my unit. They were not only very responsive to my issue, they were most accommodating to my Covid related challenges. Highly recommend this company.
