(April 1, 2019, 8:32 pm)Walked in and was greeted quickly. Had a nuanced conversation about televisions and different product lines. The staff member - Dave H. was awesome with his knowledge and informed me of his discussions with Samsung reps in regard to the TV I ended up buying - which is the type of expertise I can get behind.
This was my ideal customer experience. There was far more packaging and negotiation than Best Buy, which can work for both the customer and Visions. He even helped me squeeze a 55" TV into a Mini Cooper by the skin of it's teeth.

He was friendly, helpful and ensured that so received the best product for my needs at the best price I could get. I upgraded my old cell phone and as I was already on Virgin Mobile the transition was smooth. Dave also ensured I got Virgin’s loyalty offers for my account. All in all a very positive experience. I will definitely shop there again and refer my friends!
