I was skeptical at first that the claim would go against my insurance, but he took the time to explain in great detail the process in which he would go through. I was told it would take 15 minutes, only to be caught off guard and it was done in 10! The next weekend I had a new chip, and headed back to the location, only to find out he would take care for free. Highly recommended, great customer service.
