Normally I will just show up and they will accommodate me without hesitation (even if it may be silly simple requests for help). I highly recommend taking your vehicles to Total Automotive and giving them a try, you will not be disappointed.

Jewels and Mario were able to squeeze us in, diagnose the issue, order and install the part within 2 hours. We value having honest responsive service as we experienced at Total. I've been a customer of Total tire for a couple years now and anytime I need my vehicle serviced there always able to accommodate me around my schedule. They're prices are fair and customer service is great. Even if you decide to stay and wait for your vehicle to be serviced, you can sit and relax on nice furniture, with a coffee and good old Sopranos on tv ????

(November 9, 2018, 2:43 am)Awesome service. Went to put on my winter tires and even though they were super busy they were able to squeeze me in with little notice. I asked about my brakes and other services. They said the brakes were still good and had about half the life left. Seemed very knowledgeable about the vehicle I drive (BMW). Keep up the good work guys!
