Came in a couple of days ago looking for uniform pants to buy for my 5 year old daughter for school. I was struggling at first because there were so many different sizes in the pants so I had to ask one of the staff to help me compare sizes and my daughter is very petite. I had a super helpful young girl quinn who helped me so much, she took her time to explain the comparison of the two sizes that I got a little confused about but everything worked out in the end! I ended up not only buying a couple pairs of uniform pants but a couple of golf shirts for my daughter too. Stress-free!!!! overall service is absolutely AMAZING, quinn was definitely the most helpful person I've had in this store and I am definitely coming back!!!

Great store to shop at for my kids!! Store is always clean and organized everytime I shop there. Although the price signs are a bit misleading to me and I know that it's not the staff's fault, but the staff were able to explain to me exactly what is on sale and what is not on sale! The staff there are also very helpful and friendly as well.

Greatest customer service I've ever experienced and received!!! THUMBS UP!! I live in Mississauga and I wanted to come to Burlington because they have the best customer service ever and everytime I'm there, the staff are always friendly and helpful! I was lucky get the supervisor names Quinn to help me out. I purchased an item online and a week after I received the package, I decided to return that item I received in the package because it was defective and the price tag was still on. When I go to Square One location in Mississauga, one lady that was at cash refused to do an exchange for me even when I didn't have my confirmation receipt, but I had my email receipt on my phone. She did not care to try and help at all. Worst experience ever. Here at the Burlington mall location, the supervisor was able help me find the same I was looking for to exchange and she was able to do the exchange for me!! Made me so happy!! She even told me that I can pull up my confirmation order email with the order number if I don't have the sheet which that was good to know!!! Not only I walked in there to exchange the item but I also decided to do my shopping there! So much cleaner and easier to shop at whereas square one? Last time I was there, it looked like a hot mess!

I came one time to bring back an item I received from my baby shower party and I was hoping to exchange for a different item without a receipt. One staff told me that I wasn't able to get a different item because I don't have the receipt but I can exchange for the same item but different size, but she told me I couldn't get a different item so I was really really disappointed!! Later then, I got really upset so I asked the lady if I could talk to the manager, so another girl name Gwen or Quinn (couldn't remember what her name was lol), I told her the same thing I told the other lady and she said that she would let me exchange for another item but for the same price or that adds up to the same amount? Either way, I was able to find else something that I wanted, she was able to do the exchange so WOW!!! Best customer service ever!! I totally understand that they have to follow the policy, but she was able to do it for me!! :) Thanks to her I got what I wanted which makes me really happy and I will definitely be back again.

Last week, I came in to shop one evening with my daughter to shop some clothes for her. I have to say that is has been one of the best shopping experience I've ever had! Sales clerk Quinn was super helpful and friendly and she even made my little daughter happy! I literally walked out with a BIG bag of clothes for my daughter. Seriously though if I didn't get any help from her or any other staff, I would've walked out with nothing in my hand. But Quinn was amazing, she was able to help me decide what I should get for my daughter even when I see her running around helping other customers, she was able to help me when she can when I can't decide! The store is also clean and organized as well so I'm glad that I didn't had a rough time shopping there lol

I will definitely come back again!
