  Skedaddle customer service and onsite technicians were fantastic! Within a couple of hours of making the call, they had a technician out to assess the damage caused by the raccoons which was quickly followed by another set of technicians to complete the repair as well as future prevention work required. Great experience all around!

  Technician James contacted me within an hour of my initial phone call and arrived quickly. Very professional, kind and courteous. Assessed, inspected and provided solutions for mice. I highly recommend Skedaddle!!!!!

  I highly recommend this company for the removal and prevention of wildlife. The staff was professional and very knowledgeable. The first visit was a free inspection and the employee named James was very reassuring about my concerns and took the time to explain the situation. The actual job was performed by Joe and Matt who were very kind, professional and again knowledgeable. I have not been bothered by any raccoons since. From the first phone call to the end of the job, all was performed in a very timely manner.

  We’ve had problems with raccoons in the shared attic of our 6 unit townhouse block two years in a row now. We had work done by one of Skedaddle’s competitors last year. This year when the raccoons returned, all of our neighbours decided that they wanted to have work done on their soffits and downspouts.
  
  Skedaddle provided a better quote than the contractor we used last year, with a better warranty (lifetime), with MUCH better customer service. The Technician that did the initial assessment was helpful, listened and only quoted me on the services that we wanted done, without trying to oversell. Once I called Skedaddle to let them know that we wanted to proceed with their quote, they immediately contacted my neighbours to confirm their cost and credit card information and then called me right back to book the appointment two days later. On the day of the appointment, I was pleased to see the Technicians parked in from t of my house 20 minutes BEFORE the scheduled appointment!
  
  All work was was professionally done. Highly recommend Skedaddle!
