(November 20, 2018, 1:56 am)We always go here for any Roger's service. We're on a business plan and don't make any final decisions unless we talk with Scott and the other guys that work here. (If there are any women working there, I apologize, I've never seen you). In any case, they are always friendly and super knowledgeable. I even called about an issue and Scott had a solution even though I didn't show up in the store until 3 days later to discuss it. I feel like I always get a straight answer even if it's not the one I want to hear and I appreciate how they care about their regulars. It can be a very busy store and if there are more than 2 or 3 customers with complicated issues, be prepared to wait or come back when it's not so busy. I get very annoyed when I'm speaking with staff in a retail store that addresses another customers issues while still working with me and they never do that. In fact, they juggle people well and if someone comes in, they acknowledge they see you but always go back to the customer in front of them. Again, I'm patient enough to wait but if I can't, I know I will still go back.
Never thought I would go to a dedicated Roger's provider but here I am because of their great service.
