(June 6, 2019, 11:02 pm)I went into this Rogers' location today on a flyer to see if the employees working would replace my screen protector on my Rogers phone, which is not the responsibility of the employees of the store- The manager; Maddy was more than willing to help me out & replaced the screen protector without hesitation.
I recommend visiting this location, particularly seeking out the manager; Maddy for any issues relating to Rogers telecommunication needs. -

(April 12, 2019, 3:33 am)I usually don’t write reviews but I was really touched by the service I received at this location on Sunday afternoon.
I recently purchased a flip phone for my mom who had a stroke last year and we came into this store to set it up. The young lady working (I believe her name was Madeline) took the time to answer all of our questions, and to also go over plan details with us. She was knowledgeable, professional, and extremely respectful of my mother’s condition. Rogers needs more employees like this. Thank you! -

(December 22, 2018, 4:34 pm)Awesome service, very professional. Girl working was knowledgeable, not pushy like other stores. Went to Burlington Mall, was told my data couldn't be transfered from my old phone to new phone. She managed to do it all in 20mins. Store was clean. Girl invited me to come back if I had any questions. Overall great experience.
