Jobilla is a very interesting tool for finding candidates who may not be actively looking but want to investigate options. The Jobilla campaigns allow a business to target what they are looking for but only get candidates who fit the criteria instead of filling up your inbox with unqualified people you will normally get from the regular job boards.
