It is a very safe environment with friendly people.
24 hour security for the condos. Always helpful, courtious and friendly.
Awesome place. Really well managed. Entrance foyer always clean, pristine, a real pleasure to walk into. Excellent curb appeal. Check all the shops nearby. I mean it's got everything.
Best kept secret in Burlington. Literally next door, on a quiet street, to any type of store or Restaurant and a few blocks from the Lake.
Underground parking and ext. well maintained grounds and Buildings. Condo fees are reasonable compared to Friends and indoor pool and Exercise room top it off.
Glad we found a Unit when we did and are ext. happy in our 'new home'.
