We have been using Benjamin Moore products for over 50 years and have never been disappointed. The quality of the product is superb.
As to Neo Paint - the service is also superb. We’ve been buying paint there for a couple of years. What big box store can you call and ask to have your paint ready when you walk in the door and then offer to deliver it to your house if you’d be late for the train? None. The big box wouldn’t even take your call.

The staff are knowledgeable, friendly, and efficient. I have had nothing but good experiences since new owners took over in 2017.

(October 14, 2015, 2:21 am)Quinn and Jackson were amazing to deal with. Quinn helped to pick amazing colours and Jackson made excellent suggestions regarding decorating. Quinn has a real eye for colour, we were quite amazed. Both of them, as well as other staff, were friendly, helpful and went out of their way to make dealing with Benjamin Moore such an enjoyable experience. While the quality of the paints speak for themselves, the staff are excellent representatives of the product. They really know their "stuff". You won't be disappointed enlisting their help.

I have had the pleasure of dealing with several of the staff and each offers excellent knowledge in the areas of colour and design. My recent painting project was a success because of Neo 1 - thanks!
