I have approached Pat a couple of times for his guidance and recommendations regarding my personal home mortgage and line of credit. Pat provided expertise, insight and advice that steered me in a direction that had no immediate benefit whatsoever to him, but certainly earned my trust and respect for him and his approach.
His honesty and helpfulness really stood out to me as someone who is truly in business to serve the needs of his clients, not to just earn a commission. -

From the start of our process we were assured not to worry about any of the logistics, Pat informed us of the necessary requirements and took it from there. Providing updates on our status throughout the process, working incredibly hard to secure the mortgage with a rate that was better than expected, we would absolutely recommend Patrick Palmer.
