M Boutique

Went to M boutique for first time with my mom yesterday. I was super excited because I thought they only existed in Square One!! I had the SWEETEST associate help me. Ainsley was seriously an angel. My mom was tired from shopping so she was sitting outside the store and I I couldnt bother for her honest opinions. I asked Ainsley to come into my change room and give me her opinion on a dress I was in. Not only was she kind and honest, she went and got me a bigger size as we agreed the one I was in was too small. She went above and beyond to make my experience fun and made me feel supported. Alex cashed me out and she was sweet too. I asked for both of their names while I was at the register. I know working in retail can be exhausting as I’ve done it for years, but Ainsley and Alex are the kind of girls I want to help me in every store I visit!!! Thank you for my cute outfits.

They have the nicest girls working I felt so comfortable as they were very helpful and made me want to try more stuff on because they weren’t being pushy and made me feel very welcomed. Would love to come back again because of their customer service especially the tall girl she’s such a sweetheart

We did some 'after Christmas shopping' this week at M Boutique and were pleasantly surprised by the customer service, as other experiences we've had at our local M Boutique (London) have not been as pleasant. The staff at the Burlington store were attentive, informative of new product and markdowns that were on. We were apprehensive of actually going in to the store due to the lack of customer service at the London location, but my daughter insisted we 'give it a try' which I'm glad we did. I wish I could give more than 5 ⭐ as the service we received was honestly 'the best we've ever had' when dealing with retail!! To all the staff that were working at M Boutique on Jan 2nd, thank you?.

Super nice staff and amazing selection, the clothing is super cute and I find it’s super hard to find any pieces like that anywhere else! The atmosphere is very sweet and confident! :)

Recently discovered M boutique and now have a new love for it! They always have the latest and greatest styles at a fair price. Always restocking so you never miss out on much. A very special thank you to Julia - always super friendly and helpful. She makes shopping at M a breeze!!! I shop frequently thanks to her :)
