LIV Communities

Bought my house from Liv Communities in 2018. Had a few issues after moving in which I was late in reporting. I was referred to Angie Gobl by the site supervisor. After communicating with Angie on several occasions regarding these issues with my home, I was very impressed and thankful for her prompt response to my emails, her cooperation and professionalism in resolving my issues. I am happy with my home, and with employees like Angie around I feel confident and assured that I made the right decision to buy my home from Liv Communities.

We just moved into our new home and have been very pleased with the quality and workmanship. In simple words what we wanted and expected is what we got. In addition the service has been great especially Rick who has been very prompt in getting any tasks done or scheduled. During our PDI appointment, Rick was able to explain and mark down any issues we requested and he did so with great passion :) overall great service by the team at Liv and I will certainly provide another update after 6 months.

We recently purchased a home from Liv Communities and are happy with our purchase. Buying a new home is always a stressful process but Chris (the gentleman onsite we have been working with) has made it a pleasant experience. He has been very responsive in his communication with us and efficient with making sure things get done on time.

Update: We have been in our house for 6 months now and are still very happy. The house was built well, we have no had any issues and minor repairs have been scheduled and taken care of by Liv very promptly. All of the trades have also been very punctual and professional. Also our service coordinator Rose has done an amazing job!

Rick, Eric, Helen, Kandace and Carla have done an amazing job so far! , Rick mentioned that he treats every home PDI as if he was closing on his own home. That resonated with me because buyers are paying a lot of money for quality work so they should expect only the best. Keep up the good work guys. Rick explained us all smoothly about new systems and operating. ????

We just had our home inspection and it went as smoothly as possible - Rick from LIV communities had mostly everything ready for us, he pointed out all the things he could see that needed to be addressed before we moved in. Overall the experience was enjoyable and not stressful at all. Rick ensured everything will be cleaned up and fixed before we move in.

Before entering the home we had a little chat about the layout and we thought that our master bedroom was in another location, but seeing how great Rick is - he snapped his fingers and moved the master bedroom to a much better spot of the hosue! (*we forgot what the actual layout was)

The experience we have had so far with LIV communities has been easy going and stress free. No worries at all, if your ever dealing with Rick he will ensure everything regarding your home is addressed. Highly recommend asking for Rick when dealing with your home inspection.
