(June 10, 2019, 11:22 pm)There was a slight mix up with an item I had on hold in the Hamilton location the employee on the phone was very apologetic and I assume communicated the mix up the other locations. The Burlington location reached out to me the following day with a solution and I am so happy with their efforts in ensuring I got the product I wanted. I have purchased my clip in's from here since 2009 and will continue too based on their customer care.
