(July 14, 2019, 1:53 am)I was in the Burlington store today and had an extremely wonderful experience. Previously I had attempted numerous times by email and phone message to get a phone call returned on a quote I had asked for so that I could discuss further and potentially make a purchase. There was no follow up. Therefore I felt that experience told me that I should go directly to the store and discuss my needs directly. My original contact apparently works out of the “Head Office”.
I some with Deanna Dole and explained my experience to her and she cheerfully asked what I was looking for and what could she do to help.
I was looking for a new replacement cover and hydrolic cover lifter.
She said no problem and explained what was available and what special prices were being offered. This was exactly what I had been trying to get all along.
The quote provided was less than half the price I had previously been quoted with NO follow up and all of this provided by Deanna with a smile. All of this in less than a 1/2 hour of my time.
Thank you Deanna for a wonderful customer experience. I can only hope that management duly notes and compensates you for a top notch job well done. -

He answered every question. Explained the difference between all the tubs to find the perfect one to meet our needs.
I’m very happy with our choice.
Hayley came to our home after delivery went over everything and we are able to call whenever we have more questions.
I highly recommend jacuzzi. -

Our sales person Aaron was helpful and informative and got us the tub we wanted even when there was an inventory issue - he made it happen and for that we are grateful! We have used our tub everyday that we have had it and whenever we come across something we have a question about, Aaron was helpful and answered it! Thank you Jaccuzzi! You have us for life now as we signed up for the replacement tub program - so a new tub every three years. Hooray. I hope the service is as good in three years from now as it was this time. Absolutely nothing to complain about!
