    James was punctual, courteous, thorough and clear in reporting all his findings, during the inspection. As a first time home-owner, I've gained valuable insight into so many things that should not be looked over when purchasing properties. His unbiased opinion helped me save a lot of money that I would have invested into things that weren't worth spending over.     James was excellent. It’s a stressful business buying a property. He was professional and knowledgeable and gave me all of the information I needed to move forward with peace of mind. He was extremely informative, highlighting any and all short term opportunities as well as any longer term requirements. He was friendly and courteous. Highly recommend !!

    James went above and beyond and helped us get the peace of mind we were looking for.

    We bought our house recently and had no chance for an inspection and were terrified from our investment. James responded quickly set us up with an appointment and we got ourselves a complete guide around where and what can we do with our priorities set thanks to his very detailed guide provided in the same day with even a price guide and life expectancy for our home assets.
