Halton Honda lived up to its reputation as a relaxed low pressure dealership that also does a great job of meeting the customer's needs. Eventually, I settled on a Passport. The car was acquired and immaculately prepared by the dealer within days. If anything the Passport, like the dealership, has exceeded my expectations. Highly recommended!!

(June 7, 2021, 1:03 am)Recently I went in for a service appointment with my current vehicle but the service manager, Benny, explained the benefits of investing in a new vehicle instead. He took the time to show me a couple options, was very attentive and above all was extremely patient with answering all the questions I had. We were able to narrow it down to one option, and then luckily for me, Chris was the one who dealt with the financial side of things. Again, he also was very attentive and patient, and took the time to explain everything thoroughly and provide great recommendations. I had such a phenomenal experience, I highly recommend working with Benny and Chris when you visit Halton Honda.

I dealt with Greg Berg who was very informative, patient in explaining things and did not try to push me into purchasing extra coverage, etc.
Approximately, 1 week after purchasing my vehicle, I noticed that the driver's seat was not heating up. I called Greg and he made the necessary arrangements for it to be looked at and fixed at no additional charge.
I have and would recommend this location to family/friends.

(March 22, 2021, 7:44 pm)Went in to Halton Honda 4 years ago after my twins were born, needed to upgrade my vehicle to fit the extra baby seats, Marc P made that process simple and easy and got an Odyssey.
Went back in last week for an upgrade and Greg Berg gave me exceptional help and left happy with an awesome vehicle.
It's great that the service is still excellent, pleasant and stress free 4 years later. -

They both made it such an easy and relaxing experience especially as someone who has some social anxiety they made me feel comfortable and took the time to explain everything to me and what my various options were! They were understanding of my budget and I never felt pressured to change it!
I appreciate how accommodating/helpful they were through this whole process! 12/10. I would definitely recommend those two!
