We decided it was time for a change as whenever we would call or email our previous insurance company, we would never receive a response back. Am I ever glad we made the switch to Gifford Carr! We deal with Steve Montcalm who is just awesome! He is very responsive and provided us with a very competitive insurance package. Most recently, we were out shopping for a new car for our son on a Saturday. We emailed Steve that day. He answered our questions and everything was arranged so quickly with insurance for the new car. The service is phenomenal!
