I received highly efficient service from Aaron and Dakota. I received a quote over the phone and Dakota fixed our shower cartridge in no time. Best of all he cleaned up behind himself. One of the best experiences I’ve had with a tradesperson.

I can’t thank Aaron and Mike enough for the EXCEPTIONAL work they did to remove a block in my main sewer drain. I called them late in the evening and they responded immediately via text and phone. They arrived first-thing the following morning and worked diligently for several hours to snake out the drain, identify the problem with a camera (which they don’t change for), and then took the necessary steps to ensure the blockage was resolved on a long-term basis. They even took the time to fix a flapper in my toilet - for no charge. I can honestly say that I have not had this kind of thorough, professional, customer-centric service in a very long time. It was so refreshing to see two young guys who genuinely care about their customers’ experience and the service they provide. I would highly recommend Expert Plumbing and Drains to anyone who wants honest, fair, professional, and over-and-above plumbing services. I would give them 100 stars if I could.
