(June 20, 2019, 7:12 pm)Not only do I rely upon Creature Comforts in a professional capacity for their expertise, dependability and fairness, but I rely on them when I'm having any HVAC issues at my home as do my parents, colleagues and friends. I normally shy away from recommending companies but have no hesitation in recommending Creature Comforts for any and all HVAC needs. I needed help today and within 15 minutes of speaking with one of the owners was contacted saying they were 5 minutes away and asked if okay if they stopped by to resolve. Problem solved in minutes. Thank you Creature Comforts and the owners.

They were quick to answer our call and I love the text message I received telling me the tech was on the way and who they were. They quickly identified our issues and fixed it all right away. They were so polite and so professional the entire time. I highly recommend using Creature Comforts for any HVAC needs you have.

They went over rebate programs available, energy audit options to consider and we ended up replacing the furnace and AC unit and could not be happier. On time, on budget and the work is perfect - a very clean install. Happy customer with a warmer home!

(December 6, 2018, 12:08 pm)I don't do 5 stars but Creature Comforts HVAC are worth the 5 if not more. I've had my air conditioning unit replaced by them and my furnace. In both cases their service was amazing and very personal. They've been able to promptly respond to my calls every time that I've reached out. There is no one else I would recommend for HVAC services in Burlington and the surrounding area.
