Cogeco Connexion

I have been a customer of Cogeco for 21 years now. I find their service to be terrific. Their technicians are knowledgeable in directing me to solve the problem myself or if that's not possible, they correct it at their end in a timely manner. I find the phone operators polite and respectful and happy to answer any question I have. I think Cogeco do a great job in providing for my needs.

Yesterday I was contacted by a representative "Elizabeth" and was treated wonderfully and given information and assistance above and beyond. I now have the services I need at a reasonable cost due to the suggestions of the representative. I highly recommend Cogeco and their Customer Service Agent "Elizabeth".

This is a fantastic service provider for internet and phone. They are helpful and patient in understanding my personal situation and make it easy to make arrangements that work best for me.

I had the absolutely the BEST representative that helped me today. If I was having a serious problem . She would be the one to request. It was so easy talking to & understanding her. It Was AWESOME. Thanks to that person !!

My experience with Cogeco has been very gratifying, accurate, speedy, considerate, polite and I would absolutely recommend them. I have dealt with two other large companies over the years. No one looks after their customers better than Cogeco
