Canadian Cannabis Clinics (Burlington)

Very positive experience. We had an appointment at 2:30pm on March 5th. Showed up 30 minutes early as we knew there would be paperwork. Very pleasant, professional and helpful receptionist. Taken pretty much on time by the doctor who had reviewed my wife’s medical information and held a very informative session with us. In no way were we rushed as the doctor was willing to answer any and all questions and kept asking if we had more questions. Afterwards we had a session with a counsellor who went over the product, the doctors prescription and how to take it. Again a no rush session. Within 24hrs we were contacted by the supplier and by end of day Wednesday had a confirmed order in the works which was delivered 2 days later on the Friday. Clinic followed up last week to make sure we had heard from the supplier, had been able to order and receive the product and if we had any further questions, which we did. Those were promptly answered to our satisfaction. Just wish all medical interventions could be this easy efficient and smooth. Very satisfying experience and my wife has gone from 4 doses of hydrocodone plus eight morphine pills a day to nothing within 2-3 weeks.

Always waiting. Even if you are the first appointment. Dr. Is routinely late. You can’t count on getting in on time here ever. I know this so I always get the first appointment (easy to do a year ahead of time ). Still makes no difference. When you do get in however Dr. Elliot is fantastic and will look after you very well.

My visit went very smoothly and only took 20 minutes total. All four people including video Doctor Dave were very professional and made it easy to continue giving me access to medical cannabis to help with my Multiple Sclerosis. Keep up the good work.
