Great customer service from everyone but I had an amazing sales guy Hafiz. I always have felt wired about buying cars from other places and other dealers. Hafiz made me feel comfortable and was not pushy to buy something that day and told me the history on my 2015 RAV4.

The day of my car that was ready he came and picked me up at my work and the closing on buying was very quick and did not take a long time.

I’m very happy and pleased and everyone should feel this way buying a car. I never write reviews and I felt like everyone should know how I felt about my experience because I have never had a great experience coming from a car dealership.

. Just bought 3 new vehicles from Burlington Toyota. Natalie took the time to put myself, my daughter and my son into the right vehicles. She was honest and did not pressure us to buy anything from Toyota. She just presented us with the facts and help us along the way when we had questions.BOY was she patient! She advocated for both new, used and even competitors cars. She just wanted to get us we needed. Amazing person, amazing staff! I'd also like to the service staff. Natalie was an absolute pleasure to deal with. I was referred to her by a friend who had done 2 deals with her already. She was very patient and honest with me. It was my best car shopping experience ever. No stress and she answered all of my questions during and after the sale. Nice touch when she presented me with the gift basket at delivery, that was totally unexpected. I'm very happy with my new car. I hope the owner sees this and recognizes that she is a quality relationship builder.
