Collette L (service manager) went above and beyond her role to make sure our warranty was valid. There technician Joel completed the job with the utmost professionalism and expertise. Overall we would recommend Brooms to anyone and will continue to be a happy customer with them. Thank you

(May 9, 2018, 7:01 pm)I called Broom's to see if they could do a seasonal check on my air conditioner as well as levelling the unit and tidying up the loose wires and cables that were attached to the brick of my house but had come loose. Colette was very friendly and accommodating in setting up a prompt service call. Kyle arrived at the scheduled time and I couldn't be happier with the excellent and thorough job he did. I won't hesitate to refer Broom's to my friends. Thanks for the great service!

(January 24, 2018, 2:35 pm)Thanks to Kyle and the team at Brooms. Our furnace died on New Year's Eve and they were able to come on New Year's Day to check it. They did not charge us extra to come on a holiday. Other companies we called would not come or were very rude. Furnace was fixed the next day when parts were available. Service was excellent and the prices were reasonable. Kyle was friendly and helpful. Thanks guys.
