Started off great, very nice and clean office place , staff are friendly and helpful etc... had no issues in the beginning and nor should I for $225 an hour. Covid hit and they offered telephone or virtual meetings but that wasn’t for me. Come the return after the covid outbreak and I started going again but now the psychologist I was seeing has canceled twice in a row. One time the day before and the other was an hour or two before my appointment was scheduled. I get stuff comes up and people are sick but it’s frustrating. I look for help only to be told they have to cancel. It’s now been a month since I have talked to my psychologist. Not sure I’ll stick around with this company after this.
