Paul is awesom
Having worked with a few personal trainers in the past and not seeing amazing results, I was skeptical when I signed up with Paul. From the very beginning, I was impressed with Paul’s fitness and personal training knowledge and I felt relaxed and comfortable when working with him. He was always very encouraging and supportive but pushed you to challenge yourself by increasing the weight or doing “2 more”. With his help, I was able to reach my goal – which was to be fit by 40. In 6 months of working with Paul, twice a week, I lost 28 pounds and reduced my body fat by 6.7% These are the best results I have ever achieved working with a personal trainer and I am motivated to continue what Paul has taught me, so that I can maintain this amazing transformation.
I've been training with Paul for a year and have seen a tremendous improvement in my strength training and weight lifting. The sessions are well structured and don't feel repetitive, and the studio atmosphere makes for a more personalized experience compared to a full size gym. Highly, highly recommended!
