Long story, but I was having trouble replacing my father's batteries on his Invacare mobility scooter (which is probably one of the worst companies to deal with), and in no time someone on the phone was able to place the order online with me. The best thing is that I placed the order Thursday afternoon and I received the batteries Friday at 10 am.
