The staff truly cares about you and your fur baby and does a very top notch job in bathing and grooming ... Crysta is the best groomer I've ever dealt with My new puppy is only 17 weeks and she was able to get everything done on him and looking as cute as ever! I'm so glad I found them! I recommend Crysta if you are looking for grooming in the Burlington area, along with all your pet supplies in the store front. Thank you again!

(November 26, 2018, 1:19 am)This place has become my new favourite store for everything related to my boy Cooper. The staff are unbelievably nice, extremely helpful, and very patient with both the human and canine customer. They carry Acana brand kibble, have an excellent selection of unique toys and treats, and the staff go above and beyond to provide a great experience every time I’ve walked in. Cooper got his first nail trim today, I can’t do them at home, but he was more than happy to go with the groomer and it took just minutes. I highly recommend this place for any dog parent.
