(May 9, 2021, 1:10 pm)Had a great experience having to replace several windows in our home where after 14 years the seal failed. Only the windows facing direct sunlight on the south side. Every other window in our home was fine.
The two workmen who attended Johnathon and Evan were vert polite and professional and showed a real concern regarding their workmanship and cleaning up afterwards. Considering that Pollard only required me to pay for only the labour in the installing of the new windows after 14 years I would highly recommend them them for being reputable and certainly backing up their products.

The team at Pollard were great including James in the sales office and Andre and Phil who did a fantastic job with the installation. Windows are beautiful, great curb appeal, our house is so much warmer and quieter now. Thank you!

(December 23, 2020, 7:04 pm)Just had 13 windows and 4 doors, including a front fibreglass door. The installers Bob and Stan did and amazing job. They did 12 windows in one day and the remaining the next day. The final trim inside and out was done on the third day. From the salesman Scott to the final installation, everything went smooth. The windows look fantastic and make the house so quiet and draft free. We couldn't believe how quiet the new windows make it when you close them. Very happy with everything and would definitely recommend Pollard Windows.
