Dr. Pirello has been great, both my kids loved him and he’s super nice and knowledgeable, so is the Nurse that works with him. Joanne at the front desk is so great, she’s so friendly and makes you feel welcome as soon as you walk in the office.

(May 13, 2022, 2:06 pm)The doctors here are all fantastic. The staff they have running the office is TERRIBLE. Not one of them knows what they are doing or does anything well EVER !!! Way too many mistakes, phone hang-ups, lost emails, lost forms, sending the wrong things to patients. Even screwing up bloodwork. How can one place be SO BAD at everything and still have their JOBS. The frustration they cause the patients is huge and very upsetting.
They do not even notice how incompetent they are. I don't understand how the Doctors don't notice the LACK of effort on the part of their staff to do their jobs efficiently and correctly. This is how you lose patients and more importantly respect. I have lost respect for the front desk staff there. They have proven 25 times how careless they are with private info and patient files. They spend more time chatting about their personal life than doing their jobs better. But I love my doctor there so I keep going. A good doctor is hard to find.
