(March 16, 2021, 4:54 pm)Cale and his team are unbelievable. Couldn't get an internet signal on my tv. Called the cable company but they couldn't help. Called Samsung and after an hour trying to reset the tv the technician gave up. Told me it might be a hardware issue with the tv and recommended I call a Samsung service. They refused to come and look at the tv and asked me to bring it to them. All of this just to try and get my internet reconnected. So I call Digital 21, explain my situation to the receptionist and within a few hours Kyle was at my home and had me connected in 15 minutes. Now that is professional service. I highly recommend Digital 21 for tv and home theatre service. You'll be very pleased.

They do everything from entertainment to security to health all while maintaining and improving the look of your home or office. As a photographer I've had the privilege of photographing some of Digital 21's projects and each time I enter a home they've worked in I'm blown away. The AV equipment is of course top notch but what really impresses me is their organization and attention to detail. Everything is neat and tidy and reflects the teams commitment to professionalism. Highly recommended.

The staff are knowledgeable, friendly, responsive, reliable, trustworthy. I always get the help I need and I feel comfortable with the team working on my system whether I am home or away. When it comes to Control 4 automation there is no better provider. Highly recommended.
