(November 16, 2020, 9:01 pm)Kid boots I bought completely fell apart. I was shocked ! contacted the company and they sent a replacement pair . They sent a different style that didn't fit, kinda weird but in the end they sent the original style in a size bigger so my kid could get boots for another season . What great customer service !
