(August 12, 2021, 9:57 pm)We called The Hot and Cool Guys when our AC stopped working in the middle of our current heatwave. It was the 3rd company we contacted and Otto was the only one who went out of his way to work with us and came out the next day.
We decided to replace and not repair our unit and Otto was out within less than 2 days with a brand new unit for us.
We’ve been renovating our home and have dealt with many contractors and companies and the level of professionalism, honesty and dedication we’ve received from this company is rare and truly appreciated. -

(July 8, 2021, 1:17 pm)Otto and his team were very professional. As a first time home buyer, they were very helpful and patient with us when we asked many HVAC related questions. Otto gave us a quick review and overall status of our current central air vents and furnace. In addition, to giving us recommendations on what was needed, not needed, or could be done in the future but wasn't urgent. We felt confident throughout the process that we were receiving amazing service and amazing quality of the product. It is now almost 2 weeks after our AC installation and our AC has been working perfectly.

The entire team was very knowledgeable, patient, respectful, considerate, and professional.
