(May 26, 2019, 11:59 am)my issue is the corks ,suck the are incredibly difficult to get out ,and dry and break ,I don't need to be fighting with a cork at night getting all ticked off , time for Earl to change up his corks.

The prices here are pretty good compared to other wine making places, and compared to buying bottles of wine at the store, this place knocks it out of the park as the cost ends up being around 5 bucks per bottle (give or take a dollar) for really nice, custom made wine.
One issue is the store owners attitude. I am very unimpressed by his lack of preparedness and attitude when dealing with customers. He's nice at times but often presents as high energy in a pushy way, overwhelmed by the responsibilities of his job and expectations of customers. He needs to work on his manners and professionalism, or hire another employee who is a bit better at the job, before I'd recommend his store or return to make more wine.
Furthermore, outside of the store is very icy in the winter. This may or may not be the store's responsibility to deal with; either way, if you visit in the winter be careful. -
