The quality and selection is fantastic, the prices are extremely competitive, but the real difference is the customer service and great recommendations. Everyone working there goes the extra mile every time I have dealt with them.

Kathleen called and checked to make sure we were satisfied with our purchase as she was not sure we were fully satisfied with the tiles we took home. Great range of choices. Parking available at the back of the building.

They also were able to get us extra tile on time in the middle of the job when we ran out! They went above and beyond, were knowledgeable, professional and reasonable in price. I would highly recommend Kelly and the team at Whitby Tile and we will definitely use them again! Thanks so much for all your help!
