No matter how many times I called, I got an amazing team member on the phone, very pleasant to talk to and very helpful. All issues were resolved so quickly that I was amazed.

I used to call Kai a lot when I had problems, but he's been able to help me solve all these issues and teach me how to fix them on my own without having to call him back and annoy him with my questions. I love that Kai is always available and speedy fast to respond to our needs. I never have to wait any longer than 3 seconds to get connected with a care coordinator. By far the best tech company I have ever worked with... I wish they worked in our office as they're so friendly and polite! Glad we can count on a great team of professionals to help our clinic's technologically challenged staff :)
